Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request services, provide your phone number, or opt in to receive SMS messages from The Garage Guys LLC. By using the site or submitting your information, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Services

The Garage Guys LLC provides residential garage services in Louisiana, including garage cleanouts, organization systems, storage installs, garage flooring, and custom garage build projects. All services are subject to site conditions, scheduling availability, material availability, and written scope approval.

Booking and Appointments

Booking requests made through our website, phone line, or text message are requests for service and are not final until confirmed by our team. We may contact you to verify project details, property access, timing, and scope before placing you on the schedule.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or no-shows may result in a delayed reschedule, an additional service charge, or a new deposit requirement before work is rebooked.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required before scheduling work. Deposit amounts vary based on project scope and may be applied to labor, materials, scheduling hold, or procurement costs. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the job.

We may pause work, withhold scheduling, or delay future service if payment obligations are not met. Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs and any remedies allowed by law.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from The Garage Guys LLC, including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, technician updates, and follow-up messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies by project, and we do not expect to send more than 8 messages per appointment or service cycle unless you continue the conversation or request additional updates. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Garage Guys LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the appropriate state or local court in Louisiana.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, legal requirements, or communication practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the site or our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
